PublishingStep-by-step guide
Authorize a TikTok post for publishing
Set visibility and consent for each TikTok post.
Publishing-management permission, TikTok connection and both review approvals.
Here’s how to do it
Open the post’s Publishing tab and review TikTok settings.
Choose an available privacy level and review the account-specific media and interaction options.
Set commercial-content disclosures and AI-generated-media labels accurately when applicable.
After approval, review TikTok’s displayed terms and give publishing consent.
Select Authorize and schedule or Authorize and publish now.
For a failed attempt, check TikTok first and use the confirmation and retry controls only if it did not publish.
What happens next
The specific post has the required authorization for the selected publishing action.
Good to know
TikTok’s available privacy levels and publishing eligibility come from the connected account and application access; they are not guaranteed by a connection badge.
