Review research evidence and control what AI uses

Keep useful findings and exclude irrelevant or incorrect research.

Before you begin

Manage business knowledge permission to change feedback and exclusions.

Here’s how to do it

  1. Open a finding in Research and inspect its supporting sources and context.

  2. Read the uncertainty and suggested application where provided.

  3. Open feedback, add a note if helpful, and mark the finding Useful, Irrelevant or Incorrect.

  4. Use Use in AI recommendations to include or exclude the finding.

  5. Open Previous research to review earlier runs; use current research when creating a new brief.

What happens next

Your selections guide which current research findings are available to later AI context.

Good to know

Feedback does not retract already generated content. Review existing drafts separately after discovering an incorrect source.
