Open Knowledge and review Documents & websites, including source names and dates.
Upload updated documents or add the correct public website when offers, policies or prices change.
Use the remove control on a source you no longer want used and confirm removal.
Use Refresh overview from sources when you need to rebuild the overview from the current library.
Review the updated overview and source/index status before requesting new content or relying on AI replies.
What happens next
Future AI work draws on the maintained workspace sources.

Changing knowledge does not automatically rewrite existing posts, previously generated drafts or messages already sent.
