Analytics & ReportingStep-by-step guide
Understand missing metrics and analytics access
Know why a value shows a dash instead of a number.
View analytics; channel managers may need to reconnect accounts.
Here’s how to do it
Read the metric label, basis and explanatory note. A dash means unavailable, not zero.
Check the connected account’s sync time and any visible error.
Open Channels to inspect analytics access. Reconnect if the provider needs fresh authorization for insights or video/account statistics.
Confirm the intended professional account or Page is selected and supports the requested metric.
Sync again when available and check the result. If it still fails, share the visible error and account name with support without sharing tokens.
What happens next
You can identify whether missing data comes from access, coverage, provider support or a sync problem.
Good to know
Different platforms expose different metrics. Saves, shares, reach and views must not be invented or treated as zero when unavailable.
