Schedule or publish an approved post

Check the final requirements and use the available publishing controls.

Before you begin

Publishing-management permission and the correct connected channel.

Here’s how to do it

  1. Open the post and confirm both internal and client approval are complete.

  2. Check the attached media, caption, selected account and scheduled date/time.

  3. Open Publishing in the post details.

  4. Use the scheduling or publish-now action offered for that platform, completing any additional settings or authorization.

  5. Watch the publishing state and inspect the result or error after processing.

What happens next

The post is scheduled or submitted to the provider; Published is shown only after the publishing flow confirms it.

Good to know

Scheduling is not proof of delivery. Provider validation, expired tokens, rate limits and media restrictions can stop a post.

Based on the Marketing Workspace interface reviewed 27 October 2026. Options can vary by role, plan and channel access.
