Invite a collaborator to a delivery project
Add a project teammate without sharing your own account.
Before you begin
Project owner with team-management controls.
Here’s how to do it
Open the delivery dashboard and choose Team.
Search by the teammate’s name or email, or enter a new email address.
Select the intended person or email invitation option.
Complete the displayed add/invite action and check the pending or active collaborator list.
Ask the recipient to follow the invitation and sign in with the appropriate account.
What happens next
The person is added or invited to this delivery project.
Good to know
Delivery collaborators are not Marketing Workspace roles. Do not assume they receive a Manager, Inbox Agent or internal-review permission from the separate workspace product.
