Remove a collaborator or cancel an invitation
Keep project membership aligned with the current team.
Before you begin
Project owner with team-management controls.
Here’s how to do it
Open Team in the delivery dashboard.
Find the active collaborator or pending invitation.
Use Remove for the teammate whose project access should end, or Cancel for an invitation that should not be accepted.
Check the updated list after the action finishes.
Review other projects separately if the same person should also lose access elsewhere.
What happens next
The selected membership or invitation is removed from this project.
Good to know
Removing project access does not delete the person’s Showwork account or automatically remove memberships in other projects.
