Download a delivered file
Save an individual file after the creator releases the delivery.
An unlocked reviewer session and a project marked Paid for client downloads.
Here’s how to do it
Open the client portal and unlock it with the current access code.
Find the delivered file and select its Download action.
If downloads are locked, check the payment notice and contact the creator rather than repeatedly retrying.
After release, select Download and let the browser’s download manager complete the transfer.
If the temporary download request expires or fails, return to the portal and request a fresh download.
What happens next
The authorized download starts through the browser.
Good to know
Access to an inline preview is different from permission to download an original through the normal delivery controls.
