Understand Delivered, Approved and Paid
Separate review readiness from download release.
Project owner for changing the delivery stage; clients can view the stage presented to them.
Here’s how to do it
Open the delivery dashboard and inspect Delivery & payment.
Use Delivered while the client should review the work; normal download actions remain locked.
Use Approved when the delivery has been signed off, while payment is still outstanding.
Use Paid only after you have verified receipt of the client’s payment and completed the confirmation.
Check the client portal to confirm the intended stage and download availability.
What happens next
The delivery stage communicates review/payment status and controls normal client downloads.
Good to know
Marking a project Paid is the creator’s confirmation. It is not an automatic bank reconciliation or a payment collection action.
