Delete a delivery project deliberately

Remove a project only when you intend to end its delivery access.

Before you begin

The owner and the project-deletion control available to the account.

Here’s how to do it

  1. Open the intended project and verify its identity and client.

  2. Keep any files and review records you need before using deletion.

  3. Find the project delete action and read the confirmation.

  4. Confirm only if the delivery and its associated access should be removed.

  5. Check the dashboard afterward rather than trying to fix a deleted link by sharing it again.

What happens next

The confirmed deletion is applied to the intended project.

Good to know

Deletion is not the same as changing an access code, removing a collaborator or fixing a slow preview. Do not assume it is reversible.

Based on the Project Delivery interface reviewed 27 October 2026. Options can vary by role, plan and channel access.
