Share the private client portal
Let a client review approved internal work without exposing the production workspace.
Client-view access; workspace-management permission for password changes.
Here’s how to do it
Open Client in the workspace menu, or use Client view in the header to preview the portal.
Copy the private client-view address from the Client section.
Find the private workspace password under Access credentials. Use the available password controls if you need to manage it.
Share the link and password only with the intended client reviewers.
Make sure posts are internally approved before expecting them to appear in the client view.
What happens next
The client can unlock the separate portal and review available work.
Good to know
The portal password does not make the client a workspace team member. Internal feedback remains private. Inbox visibility is controlled separately in AI & inbox setup.
