Approve a file or request a revision
Give the creator an actionable decision on a delivered asset.

Here’s how to do it
Unlock the client portal and find the image, video or document to review.
Inspect the file and use the approval/revision controls displayed with the asset. For video, use the page’s review controls rather than expecting them inside every playback overlay.
Choose Approve if the work is ready.
If changes are needed, choose the revision action and describe the required change clearly.
Submit the decision and check the displayed review state.
What happens next
Your approval or revision feedback is recorded for that asset.
Good to know
Approval does not pay the creator or automatically unlock downloads. Download release follows the project’s payment state.
