Read lead opportunities and production summaries

Distinguish social performance, the CRM pipeline and workspace planning health.

Before you begin

View analytics; private lead opportunities also require view-leads access.

Here’s how to do it

  1. Open Analytics & Reporting and read the lead-opportunity section if your role permits it.

  2. Review hot open leads and use Open leads to continue qualification in the lead list.

  3. At the bottom, inspect the channel-distribution chart for the workspace’s planned content mix.

  4. Review the production-stage breakdown: AI drafts, internal review, changes needed, client review, approved and published.

  5. Use creative-asset counts to identify posts without attached media, then open Content to prepare them.

What happens next

You know which relationships and production tasks need attention alongside social performance.

Good to know

Private lead details are excluded from shared client reporting. Production summaries cover the entire workspace, independently of the performance report filters.

Based on the Marketing Workspace interface reviewed 27 October 2026. Options can vary by role, plan and channel access.
