Choose direct delivery or a managed project

Start with the workflow that matches the stage of your work.

Before you begin

A signed-in creator with available project access.

Here’s how to do it

  1. Use a direct delivery project when files are already prepared and you want to organize, share and review them with a client.

  2. Use a managed project when you need to define a brief, assign tasks and review team uploads before releasing finished files.

  3. For direct delivery, open the new-project flow from your delivery dashboard.

  4. For managed work, open the managed-project creation flow and begin with the brief.

  5. Keep the client-review portal separate from your creator dashboard; share the intended client link rather than an internal dashboard address.

What happens next

You start the appropriate workflow without treating internal task uploads as finished client deliverables.

Good to know

Publishing to a delivery client is not publishing to Instagram, TikTok or another social network. Social publishing belongs to the Marketing Workspace.

Based on the Project Delivery interface reviewed 27 October 2026. Options can vary by role, plan and channel access.
