Choose reviewable image, video and document files

Prepare work that visitors can actually open and understand.

Before you begin

The portfolio owner.

Here’s how to do it

  1. Choose the correct media type before selecting files for a section.

  2. Follow the file picker’s accepted formats and any displayed validation errors.

  3. Use browser-friendly video codecs when inline playback matters.

  4. Inspect uploaded images, video playback and document previews in the public portfolio.

  5. If a file cannot be viewed reliably, prepare a suitable public showcase version before uploading again.

What happens next

Your collections use files appropriate for the visitor experience.

Good to know

Upload success does not guarantee universal codec or document-preview support. Only publish work you have permission to share publicly.
